Mechanical Dryer for Plastic is similar structure like a friction washer machine,We also called centrifugal dryer,dehydrator or centrifuge machine, The dewatering machine uses centrifugal force to partially remove water from aa flowing stream of plastic material. It has the unique ability to take in plastic material with high water content and reducing to low levels. It's widely used in PE film washing line and PET bottle washing line.
This efficient mechanical dryer machine obtains maximum moisture reduction from a plastic flake stream, A logical step between the washing and the drying process, because it reduces the overall effort of the thermal dryer resulting in reduced energy consumption.
Our machines reach a residual humidity of < 1% in the output stream of plastic pellets or flakes.
A Mechanical Dryer Features:
1.The strong long shaft with many paddles on it and surrounded are the mesh screeen.The rotating speed will meet 1200rpm above which will remove the high water contents in recycled materials after washing.
2.Mechanical Dryer is equipped with a long shaft mouted with many panels or paddles. Surring this fast spinning shaft is a horizontal octangle mesh turnnel. It is more suitable for both plastic films/bags or even rigid crushed plastic types. The capacity ranges from 300~2000kg/h. Motor power: 22kw~132kw,Each vane top side equipped with a stainless steel block which is replaceable when become wearing. Rotating speed: 1500mm
