High speed friction washer,We also called friction scrub washing nachine, is a high effictive washing equipment in washing plant no matter for PP PE flakes, films, woven bags or PET flakes washing. It forces the plastics to rub against each other at a high speed. The material plastics is continuously spun against the mesh screen.This causes a immense amount of pressure and friction where containants such as dirt,paper,lables are effectively loosened and pass through the mesh screen during working.
It’s the key washing machine in washing plant which can decide whether the material could be cleaned enough or not.
Friction washer consists of a high-speed rotor, enclosed by detachable screens.
A high-speed rotor ensures materials fully “scrubbed” and “beat” inside the screens. Multiple nozzles spray water to the screens to constantly unclog the screens.Contaminants and dirty water are then discharged via holed screens and collected at the bottom.
The friction washer could complete maximize friction and bring out impurities and contaminants under 750~1200rpm speed.
